PU sole (polyurethane sole) has the following advantages:
Lightweight: PU soles have a lower density, usually between 0.8-1.2g/cm ³, which makes them much lighter compared to rubber soles. PU soles of the same size are about 30% lighter than rubber soles, making them particularly light and easy to wear without heavy burdens.
High softness: PU soles have good flexibility, with a Shore hardness usually between 50-70A, and can easily bend to around 180 degrees without producing obvious creases. This feature allows the PU sole to fit well with the movements of the foot during daily walking, providing a comfortable wearing experience.
Wear resistance: PU soles have good wear resistance and can maintain a long service life even under normal urban road conditions. Although not as wear-resistant as high-quality rubber soles, PU soles wear relatively slowly under the same conditions.
