TPR shoe material has the characteristics of high elasticity and low temperature resistance of rubber. TPR is a thermoplastic elastomer plastic, which is a functional elastomer plastic modified by compounding with SBS as the base material. The density of TPR material is 0.85~1.2 g/cm3, the hardness range is Shore 0-100A, and the appearance is transparent, translucent or natural round particles or diced particles. TPR material is also called thermoplastic rubber because it has the elasticity and physical properties of rubber. Thermoplastic rubber, that is, it can be melted and plasticized when heated, formed while hot, and the finished product is obtained after cooling, without the need for vulcanization and cross-linking like natural rubber and synthetic rubber to have performance. Therefore, TPR and TPE are slightly different in material microstructure, which is reflected in the material properties. Since TPR is modified from SBS material containing unsaturated bonds, its chemical resistance, temperature resistance and hydrolysis resistance are not as good as TPE. The surface of TPR raw materials is bright and easy to make into various brightly colored products. TPR is easy to stick to glue and easy to spray and screen print. It can be used as the raw material of beauty and hairdressing equipment, various toys, spray and screen printing toys, and shoes. TPR can also be used as the raw material of sports equipment, handles, handgrips, handicrafts, and sex toys. The base material SBS for producing TPR can be used as the raw material of ink and coating. In short, TPR is a new type of environmentally friendly soft rubber material, non-toxic, halogen-free, phthalate-free, and meets ROHS, REACH (SVCH), EN71, PAHS, NP, FDA environmental testing standards.
